These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Coiffure Pro application ("the App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, personal license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer the App
• rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• use the App for unlawful purposes

2. Subscription & Payments

The App offers optional auto‑renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the data you enter
• maintaining access to your Apple ID and iCloud account
• ensuring your device is secure

4. Data & Privacy

The App does not collect personal data or transmit information to external servers.

All data is stored locally on your device and synced securely via Apple iCloud / CloudKit.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy or reuse any part of the App without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:

• loss of data
• device damage
• indirect or consequential damages
• issues caused by iCloud, Apple services, or user error

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
